Love the bed, the pool, the room & toilet size, the view, the friendly & pleasant staff, the efficient housekeeping too.

slight stain on sofa, bedsheet, aircond temperature cannot be adjusted (but luckily it was cold, rather than hot). the location (Pekan) is quite boring (to me). The beaches around are nice but dirty.

Air Cond not cold, complaint made on 1st day. Still same...then another complaint made on another day only being entertain.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious but could be improved. The beds were amazing. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't get to use the pool this time, but I remembered from my last visit that it was nice. They are quick to replenish food during the breakfast buffet. Overall, pleasant and comfortable.

I booked three rooms during my last stay. The ceiling in one of the room's bathrooms had a leakage mark. I've noticed that this is generally the condition of most of the rooms at Ancasa that were booked online. This is the only hotel I stay in when in Pekan-and I come here every few months, so I've seen what some of the rooms look like. The Wi-Fi that comes with the room is a bit slow, probably a peak season issue.

the room is wide. the facilities is good. the scenery is also good.

there is stagnant water on the floor in front of the door in the bathroom. it's slippery and can cause accident. need to do something abaout it.

The pillows! Really comfy and plush.

1. Should put up directional signboard before the traffic light turning. 2. Umbrellas near the entrance as its an open carpark.

From check in till check out all superb!!! I am really thankful to Malay Bro that attended me from first till last day. Very good info given because this is my 1st stay and 1st time in Pekan. This Bro really good in all aspects. Even this hotel also wellknown to royal clients but there is no double standard and smile always with this Bro n his team. Parking lot just nearby. Wifi quite good. My room no 511 really tremendous and 2 night stay make me able to watch sunset directly from my glass window. Room so spacious. 2 super single bed can cater 4 of us adult. The sofa quite comfortable and easily released my mind relaxing while looking at the river and swimming pool. Creative interior noted once we out from lift till inside our room. The room hallway really nice like oversea style. I love the wardrobe which connected to spacious modern bathroom and got bathtub and spacious shower. The bathroom actually MESRA OKU because so spacious. For Muslim lady dont worry because the room got few mirrors. The lightings very good and a lot of choice. TV channel also cater most of programmes. Our 2nd day stay housekeeper request to do her job but we just changed the necessary items. I was sore eyes on midnight and receptionist really helpful as willing to buy for me Eyemore medicine and knocked my door 15 minutes later with the medicine and receipt from 7 11 mart which located after the bridge. Im so deeply touched with the courtesy and kindness when asked for help. If not mistaken En Shaiful. The breakfast so variety and tasty. Nothing to complaint at. All staffs really hardworkiing to ensure cleanliness. The hotel provide free newspaper for us. Nowaday most of the hotel have to request for it unless you are VIP. All we need iron, hairdryer, bathrob, chiller, kettle already in the room for such low price. At lobby there are Malay traditional music instruments and also red piano with guest pianist mostly available after 8pm. And karaoke too.

NONE.. this is my first stay that i wont put any negative remarks about the hotel.

Good location - gateway to town, university and industry.

Daily room service can be better. Inconsistent refill of utensils and basic necessities. Stayed 4 nights and each day, there will be unfilled basic needs. Please revisit the housekeeping quality.

Very clean hotel with nice, large rooms and lovely pool. The restaurant had good food (except the jam at breakfast).

It should be noted that to get to the main part of town you have to cross a busy bridge with traffic on it. We took grab cars which always seemed to be fine leaving the hotel and didn't take long, however there seemed to be a shortage of grab cars in the area and we twice got stranded for a while before we could get back to the hotel. The hotel did come and pick us up once though which was nice.

The room is spacious and clean. Easy access as it is located at the main road to Pekan town. Hotel interior was beautiful and so was the garden.

Room size and facilities and of course swimming pool for kids... excellent.

Funny design inside the bathroom... sliding windows within the closet, very inconvenience for family with teenage. My suggestion... can this be permanently sealed? Served NO purpose to me. Stayed there twice and every time I have to jam the windows with cloth hangers because my girls not comfortable as anytime my small boy can open the closet and sliding window see inside the bathroom. :(

The location is only few minutes from town, right at the riverside. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Nearby has convenient shops and 24hours McDonald. Breakfast is nice with local variety.

The personal touch was very much appreciated. The hotel is a little distant from the sights in town, but a taxi there and back is cheap. Our room was huge, bright, and had a great view of the river, plus the breakfast was great. Lastly, the hotel manager introduced himself and was thereafter proactively helpful - establishing, for example, that there was a bookshop in a shopping centre in our next port of call. His consideration was very much appreciated.

Bathroom was a little dark. It had a refreshingly powerful shower, though.

The room was spacious with comfortable beddings. The towels & bathrobes very thick & fluffy. Breakfast was tasty with enough variety. Staff esp the doormen were very courteous.
