Enjoyable & very comfortable hotel experience
Love the bed, the pool, the room & toilet size, the view, the friendly & pleasant staff, the efficient housekeeping too.
slight stain on sofa, bedsheet, aircond temperature cannot be adjusted (but luckily it was cold, rather than hot). the location (Pekan) is quite boring (to me). The beaches around are nice but dirty.

Pleasant and Comfortable. The only place I would book in Pekan.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious but could be improved. The beds were amazing. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't get to use the pool this time, but I remembered from my last visit that it was nice. They are quick to replenish food during the breakfast buffet. Overall, pleasant and comfortable.
I booked three rooms during my last stay. The ceiling in one of the room's bathrooms had a leakage mark. I've noticed that this is generally the condition of most of the rooms at Ancasa that were booked online. This is the only hotel I stay in when in Pekan-and I come here every few months, so I've seen what some of the rooms look like. The Wi-Fi that comes with the room is a bit slow, probably a peak season issue.

Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est belle, la piscine super et le room service très pratique
Pas grand chose à faire à pekan, tres peu de grab ya eu un soir ou nous en avons pas eu du tout heureusement quil y avait le room service
